📋 Requirements to Prepare
Applicants should prepare the following documents:
- PSA Birth Certificate – 2 photocopies
- Marriage Certificate – for married women only, 2 photocopies
- TOR and Diploma – if college graduate, 2 photocopies each
- HS or SHS Diploma – 2 photocopies
- ALS Certificate – if ALS graduate, 2 photocopies
- Passport-size photo with white background – 4 pieces
- Any government-issued ID – present the original and provide 2 photocopies

BSRS Scholars Account- Applicants need to register through the TESDA BSRS system.
LANDBANK Piso Plus Account - A LANDBANK Piso Plus Account is required for the disbursement of the Training Support Fund (TSF). Registration is done through the LANDBANK Mobile Banking App.
TESDA Skills Passport Account - Applicants will also need to download and register through the TESDA Skills Passport App.
eTESDA Certificates - Required online courses must be completed through the eTESDA platform, with the corresponding certificates secured.
