Who Can Apply?
To qualify for the program, applicants must meet the following entry
requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- Must have a Certificate of Indigency
- Able to communicate both orally and in writing
- Physically and mentally fit to undergo training
Documentary Requirements
Prepare the following documents before applying:- Photocopy of Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of High School or College School Record (Diploma or Transcript of Records)
- Photocopy of Barangay Clearance or NBI Clearance
- Photocopy of a valid government-issued ID with three specimen signatures
- Photocopy of a Medical Certificate or Barangay Health Certificate stating that you are physically fit for TESDA training
- Two recent 1×1 ID photos with a white background and formal attire
- Certificate of Indigency
