Driving NC II Training Details

Here are the training details for the scholarship program:

Duration: 137 Hours (18 Days)
Training Modality: Face-to-Face
Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Time: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Who Can Apply?

This scholarship is intended for Returning OFWs who meet the following condition:

  • Must have been staying in the Philippines for at least six (6) months after returning from overseas.

Documentary Requirements

Applicants must prepare the following documents:

  • Copy of Birth Certificate or Marriage Contract (if married)
  • Photocopy of two valid IDs with three signatures
  • Photocopy of TOR, Form 137, or Form 138 (any one of these)
  • Four passport-size photos with your full name written below
  • Four 1x1 photos with a white background
  • Photocopy of Student Permit or Driver's License
  • TESDA COVID-19 Certificate (available through the TESDA e-TESDA platform)
  • Proof of overseas employment (such as OEC, Work Permit, OWWA ID, or similar documents)
  • OWWA Endorsement Certificate
