TESDA Driving NC II Scholarship: Free Training, Assessment & Allowance

Good news! 

The S Two Dolorin Training Institute, Inc., a TESDA-accredited training partner, is now accepting applicants for Driving NC II.

This scholarship gives qualified applicants the opportunity to learn practical driving skills, undergo free competency assessment, and earn a TESDA National Certificate (NC II) that can help improve employment opportunities in the transportation and logistics industry.

Training Schedule

Course: Driving NC II
Duration: 118 Hours (15 Days)
Training Days: Monday to Friday
Tentative Start Date: July 27, 2026

  • Aurora
  • Burgos
  • Luna
  • Mallig
  • Quezon
  • Quirino
  • Roxas
  • San Manuel

How to Enroll in the FREE TESDA Driving NC II Scholarship

Interested in becoming a TESDA-certified driver? Follow these simple steps to apply for the Driving NC II scholarship.

Step 1: Prepare the Required Documents

Make sure you have photocopies of the following:

  • PSA Birth Certificate
  • High School or College Diploma
  • Barangay Clearance
  • Medical Certificate (Physically and Mentally Fit)
  • Two (2) Passport-size ID Photos (white background, wearing a collared shirt)
  • Three (3) pieces 1×1 ID Photos

Step 2: Visit the Training Center

Submit your requirements personally at S Two Dolorin Training Institute, Inc.

Address: San Rafael, Roxas, Isabela (In front of Shell Gas Station)

Step 3: Register

Complete the registration form and submit all required documents. The training staff will verify your application and inform you if additional requirements are needed.

Step 4: Wait for Confirmation

Qualified applicants will be notified of their acceptance and given the official training schedule. The tentative start of training is July 27, 2026.

Step 5: Attend the Training

Once accepted, attend the 15-day (118-hour) Driving NC II training.

Note: Scholarship slots are limited and are available on a first-qualified, first-served basis. Apply as early as possible to increase your chances of securing a slot.
