Requirements
- Prepare photocopies of the following:
- Form 137, College TOR, or Diploma
- Barangay Clearance

Interested applicants may visit the training center personally and submit the required documents. Since only 25 scholarship slots are available, applicants are encouraged to apply as early as possible.
