Residents of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur now have the opportunity to enroll in the FREE TESDA Driving NC II Training Program through the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Hinatuan, via the Public Employment Service Office (PESO), in partnership with the Provincial Training Center – Surigao del Sur and TESDA Surigao del Sur.
This scholarship program is designed to equip aspiring drivers with the skills and certification needed for employment in the transportation and logistics industry.
Scholar Benefits
Qualified applicants will receive the following benefits:

Training Schedule: Thursday to Saturday
Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Applicants are encouraged to submit their requirements as early as possible since slots are limited.
Documentary Requirements
Prepare the following documents:
- 3 photocopies of TOR/Diploma (if applicable)
- 3 photocopies of PSA Birth Certificate or Marriage Contract
- 2 pieces 1×1 ID pictures
- 4 pieces passport-sized ID pictures
- 3 photocopies of Certificate of Indigency
- Photocopies of Driver's License (for Driving NC II applicants)
Important: Incomplete documentary requirements will not be accepted or processed.
