Free TESDA Caregiving (Elderly) NC II Scholarship at CPDC Training & Testing Corp.

CPDC Training & Testing Corp., in partnership with TESDA, is accepting applicants for its Caregiving (Elderly) NC II Scholarship Program. Qualified applicants can receive free skills training, free national competency assessment, and a Training Support Fund (TSF) of ₱160 per training day.

This scholarship is designed to help aspiring caregivers develop practical skills needed to care for elderly individuals in homes, hospitals, residential care facilities, and community settings. Upon successful completion of the program and assessment, graduates may earn a TESDA National Certificate (NC II), which is recognized by employers in the Philippines.

Scholarship Benefits

Qualified scholars may receive the following benefits:

  • Free TESDA Caregiving (Elderly) NC II Training
  • Free National Competency Assessment
  • Training Support Fund (TSF) worth ₱160 per training day

Who Can Apply?

Applicants must:

  • Be at least 18 years old by the end of the training program.
  • Priority is given to applicants who:
    • Have no prior formal or vocational training.
    • Come from provinces or regions with high poverty incidence based on the latest Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) data.

Documentary Requirements

Prepare the following documents before applying:

  • Six (6) Passport-size ID photos with name tag
  • Two (2) 1x1 ID photos with name tag
  • Form 137A and High School Diploma (for High School graduates)
  • Transcript of Records and Diploma (for College graduates)
  • PSA-authenticated Birth Certificate (photocopy)
  • PSA-authenticated Marriage Certificate (photocopy), if applicable
  • Barangay Certificate of No Employment Record or Affidavit of Unemployment
