The Isabela Provincial Training Center (IPTC) is now accepting applicants for the Dressmaking NC II scholarship under the Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP).
This 35-day training program is designed for aspiring dressmakers who want to gain nationally recognized skills and improve their employment or livelihood opportunities.

How to Enroll?
To enroll in the TESDA Dressmaking NC II Scholarship (TWSP) at the Isabela Provincial Training Center, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the required documents:
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate (photocopy, for married women only)
- High School Report Card, Diploma, or Transcript of Records (TOR)
- Two (2) 1×1 ID photos
- Three (3) passport-size photos with a white background and corporate attire
2. Submit your requirements to the registrar at:
Isabela Provincial Training Center
3. Wait for screening and confirmation. If you qualify and there are available scholarship slots, the training center will notify you of your training schedule and orientation.
