The City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Training and Assessment Center is now accepting applicants for Batch 2 of the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) NC II program for School Year 2026 under the TESDA Tulong Trabaho Scholarship Program (TTSP).
Scholarship Details
Scholarship Program: TESDA Tulong Trabaho Scholarship Program (TTSP)
Training Start Date: July 27, 2026
Training Duration: 280 Hours (35 Days)
Available Slots: Limited (Subject to screening and qualification)
Scholarship Benefits
Qualified scholars will receive:
- Free TESDA Training
- Daily Training Support Fund of ₱160 per day
What You Will Learn
The Emergency Medical Services NC II program prepares trainees to become competent emergency responders. The training covers:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Patient Assessment
- Emergency Medical Care
- Ambulance Operations
- Pre-hospital Patient Management
- Emergency Response Procedures
Upon successful completion and assessment, qualified trainees may earn a TESDA National Certificate (NC II).
Requirements
Applicants should prepare the following:
- Valid ID (Photocopy)
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Barangay Clearance
- Marriage Certificate (if married)
- Two (2) pieces 2×2 ID Pictures
- Two (2) Passport-size Pictures
- School Records (any of the following):
- Transcript of Records (TOR)
- Diploma
- Form 137
- Form 138
Applicants must also:
- Be physically and mentally fit to undergo training.
- Be Not in Employment, Education, or Training (NEET), as priority will be given to qualified NEET applicants following TTSP guidelines.
