📌 Enrollment: Walk-in (Face-to-Face)
🕔 Training Schedule: Night Class | 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
⏳ Nominal Duration: 268 hours
⚠️ Applicant MUST HAVE SMAW NC I
REQUIREMENTS
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of Previous School Record (HS/College) – Diploma or TOR
- Photocopy of Brgy. Clearance or NBI Clearance
- Photocopy of Valid Government-Issued ID (with 3 specimen signatures)
- Photocopy of Medical Certificate or Brgy. Health Certificate
- (Physically fit for TESDA Training)
- Latest ID Pictures – 2 pcs (1x1, white background, formal attire)
CONDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Completed training in SMAW NC I or holder of SMAW NC I
- Can communicate both oral and written
- Physically and mentally fit
- Can perform basic mathematical computation
