Bukod sa libreng training, ang scholarship program na ito ay may libre ding Competency Assessment at may matatanggap pang training support fund o daily allowance ang mga scholars.

- PSA Live Birth Certificate
- Valid ID with 3 signatory
- Transcript of Records / Form 137 / Form 138
- 4 pcs. Passport size photo with Full name below
- 2 pcs. 1x1 photo
- Student Permit/Driver's License
- E-Tesda Covid Certificate (e-tesda.gov.ph)
