- At least 18 years old.
- At least High School Graduate/ College Graduate/ ALS Graduate Unemployed or Not currently enrolled to any trainings, programs, courses, and classes.
- Willingness to commit to the training program offered.
- Not currently enrolled in any scholarship.

- 4 photocopies of High School or College Diploma or Transcript of Records (TOR) or ALS Certificate or Form 137 or Form 138
- 4pcs. of Passport Size ID Picture
- 2 pcs. 1x1 ID Picture
- 4 copies of COVID Preventive
- Measure Certificate at E- TESDA ar (e-tesda.gov.ph)
- 1 Original and 2 Photocopy of Barangay Clearance
- 4 photocopies of VALID ID with 3 signature specimen.
- 1 Long Plastic Envelope
- 1 Long Brown Envelope
