Ang TESDA scholarship program na ito ay may libreng training, assessment at allowance.

Basic Qualifications:
- High School Graduate only
- Must 18-65 years old
- Not a recepient of any Government Scholarship
- Out of school and Unemployed will be prioritized
- With Valid STUDENT PERMIT
- Strictly for UNEMPLOYED applicants only
- Must not received any scholarship program from TESDA before.
Requirements:
- Form 137/138
- Birth Certificate
- 4 pcs passport size picture
- 2 pcs 1x1 picture
- 1 pc long brown envelope
