Modality: Blended Training (16
Days Online + 23 Days Face to Face)
Document Requirements:
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of the Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Previous School Record (HS or College) – Diploma or TOR
- Photocopy of Brgy. Clearance or NBI Clearance
- Latest ID Pictures
- 4 pcs 1×1 picture (White background, formal attire)
- Photocopy of valid Gov’t Issued ID with 3 specimen signatures
- Photocopy of Medical Certificate or Brgy. Health Certificate (Physically Fit for TESDA Training)
Ang mga taong matatapos ang training na ito ay competent maging isang PV Installation Technician o isang PV Systems Commisioning Technician.
