- Filipino Citizen
- Resident of district 1 Antipolo City
- At least 18 years old
- At least High school or ALS Graduate
- Must not be a current beneficiary of other government educational scholarship
- Only one per family may apply
- PSA copy Birth Cerificate
- Copy of diploma/ High school diploma or report card
- Barangay Clearance
- 6 pcs 1x1 pic & 6 pcs 2x2 pic
- 1 Valid ID
