Ang scholarship program na ito ay inaalok ng Office of Represenative Tina Pancho at ng Atec Technological College.

- 18 - 60 years old
- High school graduate
- 4pcs 1x1 Picture(Formal attire w/white background
- 4pcs passport size picture(Formal attire with white background
- TOR/DIPLOMA/Form137
- Health Certificate / Vaccine Card(Photocopy)
- birth certificate/Marriage Contract(Photocopy)
- Driver's License/Valid ID (Photocopy w/ signature)
