- Barangay Health Services NC II (563 hours)
- Trainers Methodology Level 1 (364 hours)
Entry Requirements
- Photocopy of Birth/Marriage Certificate or Valid ID
- Barangay Certificate
- Preferably High School Graduate
- Physically & Mentally fit to undergo the training.
- At least 15 years old
