2022 TESDA Scholarship

Who are the target beneficiaries?

TESDA Scholarship Programs seek to address the needs of prospective FILIPINO beneficiaries from industries, communities, and the Special Clients. Under the new normal, priority shall be given to special clients such as, but not limited to, the following:

Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs);
Balik Probinsya, Bagong Pag-asa (BP2) Beneficiaries;
Target Clients of Barangay Development Programs;
Workers and Trainers in need of Upskilling and Retooling;
Displaced Workers due to COVID-19; and
Distressed Workers of MSMEs.

What are the age requirements per scholarship?

TWSP (Training for Work Scholarship Program)

Must be at least eighteen (18) years old at the time he/she finishes the training program

STEP (Special Training for Employment Program), TTSP (Tulong Trabaho Scholarship Program), and PESFA (Private Education Student Financial Assistance)

Must be at least fifteen (15) years old at the start of the training program

What are the other requirements?

For PESFA (Private Education Student Financial Assistance)

Must be at least a high school graduate/high school completer AND with an annual family income of three hundred thousand (P300,000.00) and below.

For RESP (Rice Extension Services Program)

The primary beneficiaries are the rice farmers, farmworkers, and dependents, listed in the Registry System for Basic Sector in Agriculture (RSBSA) of the Department of Agriculture (DA)

Interested applicants may directly coordinate with the concerned Training Institution for the availability of slots, documentary requirements, and the schedule of training.
