Requirements:
- Filipino citizen
- At least fifteen (15) years old at the start of the training program
- Must not be a current beneficiary of other government educational scholarship or subsidy programs for beneficiaries
- Must be at least high school graduate / high school completer
- With an annual family income of three hundred thousand (P300,000) and below (For PESFA)
