May ibibigay pang daily allowance at walang babayarang skill training fee at assessment fee.
Ituturo sa TESDA Dressmaking NC II kung papaano mag-drafting, cutting at technique sa pagtatahi upang makagawa ng mga damit tulad ng shorts, pantalon, blouses, skirts at iba pang uri ng damit.
Maaari mong magamit ang matututunan mo sa scholarship program na ito sa negosyo at trabaho.
Ang mga makakatapos sa Dressmaking NC II ay maaaring mag-apply bilang dressmaker, seamstress/seamster/tailor at garment sewer sa mga apparel companies.

Qualifications:
- Filipino Citizen
- Age Requirements: At least 18 years of age at the time he/she finishes the training program.
- Must not be a current beneficiary of other governments education scholarship or subsidy program for STEP beneficiaries:
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 pcs 1x1 and 2 pcs passport size ID pictures (white background with collared shirt)
- Photocopies of Birth certificate
- High School/College Diploma (Photocopy)
- Barangay Clearance
- Certificate of Indigency
- Barangay Health Certificate
- NCAE Result or Aptitude Test (to be taken at TESDA RTC Guiguinto Office)
- For Married women (Bring a photocopy of marriage certificate)
