Scholarship Requirements
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate (NSO/PSA)
- 4pcs 1x1 ID Picture
- 1pc Passport size ID Picture (with collar, white background and no name tag)
- Medical Certificate (Must be Physically fit)
- Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (if married)
- Photocopy of High School Diploma/NCAE Results/Good Moral/ALS Certificate/Collage Diploma
- Additional Requirements for SMAW/GMAW: Chest Xray and Eye Check-Up
- Age Requirements:
- For TWSP at least 18 years of age at the time, he/she finishes the training program
- For STEP and PESFA, at least 15 years old at the start of the training program
