Ang STEP ay programa ng TESDA para sa mga mamamayan na nagnanais magkaroon ng skills na magagamit sa pagnenegosyo o sariling hanapbuhay.

- Tile Setting NC II -12 slots
- Prepare Cold Meals (Leading to Cookery NC II) - 25 slots
- Prepare and cook Hot Meals(Leading to Cookery NC II) - 26 slots
- Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II - 27 slots
