PTESDC- Taytay is looking for scholars who want to take the TESDA Contact Tracing Level II.
Applicants must have:
- at least 10 years basic education or Holder of Alternative Learning Systems (ALS) certificate of completion with grade 10 equivalent.
- Basic Communication Skills

- Brgy. Clearance
- High School Diploma/Form 137/TOR (Photocopy)
- Drug Test Result and Medical Certificate
- 1x1 picture (6 pcs)
- Passport size picture with collar (4 pcs)
- Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
- Marriage Contract (for female only)
