Requirements for Enrollment:
- 18-59 years old
- Barangay Health Certificate indicating the holder is non-PUM or PUI
- High School Diploma or Form 138 or High School Card if High School Graduate or ALS Certificate if ALS Passer (original copy for Diploma Applicants)
- PSA Birth Certificate
- If College Undergrad, bring True Copy of Grades (for Diploma Applicants)
- 2pcs 1x1 ID Picture
Training delivery mode will be a combination of Distance Learning and Face to Face Learning.
Enrollment opens at TESDA-CNSAT Cabucgayan, Biliran.
