Requirements to avail the scholarships:

• MUST be high school graduate(old curriculum), senior high school graduate(new curriculum), college level/college undergraduate, or ALS passers(eligible for college or technical training)
• At least 18 yrs of age
• Photocopy of birth certificate(PSA)
• 4pcs 1x1 ID pics (white background and shirt with collar and with nametag)
• 6pcs Passport size ID pics (white background and shirt with collar and with nametag)
• Form 137/Transcript of Records
• Latest barangay clearance and Cedula
• Photocopies of High school diploma, ALS Certification and / transcript for college undergraduate
