Course Duration

Admission Requirements

Basic Requirements for this TESDA course include:

  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • High School or College Diploma
  • Certified true copy of Transcript of Records or Form 137
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • 1x1 or 2x2 Pictures

Competency Assessment and Certification

Students who are enrolled in the Customer Services NC II course are to be required to undergo and process a Competency Assessment before graduation.
